WE WANT TO RELIEVE THE TAX BURDEN ON OUR COMMUNITY, AND I THINK THAT THIS BOARD WOULD BE WELL SUITED TO CONSIDER DROPPING OUR I&S RATE BY A NUMBER OF PENNIES.
